Chris began working in the beverage alcohol industry 15 years ago and is now consulting at some of the hottest bars and restaurants in Edinburgh.

45ml Crystal Head Vodka
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
2 tsp. caster sugar
Add Crystal Head Vodka, Manzanilla Sherry, double espresso and caster sugar into a shaker. Shake very well, double strain and then pour into a martini glass. Zest lemon on and around glass and over the drink.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve salted almonds as a nibble on the side.
