45ml Crystal Head Vodka
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
2 tsp. caster sugar
Add Crystal Head Vodka, Manzanilla Sherry, double espresso and caster sugar into a shaker. Shake very well, double strain and then pour into a martini glass. Zest lemon on and around glass and over the drink.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve salted almonds as a nibble on the side.
