Try out these easy-to-make, festive cocktails at your Pride celebrations. Let's make a splash this month, and cheers for respect, equality, and change.

Ruby Red Respect

 1 oz. | 30 mL Crystal Head Vodka

 ½ oz. | 15 mL Mezcal

 ½ oz. | 15 mL Rosemary Syrup

Pinch of Butterfly Pea Powder

3 oz. |90 mL Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

 

Combine Crystal Head Vodka, Mezcal, rosemary syrup, and butterfly pea powder in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 

In a Collins glass with fresh ice, add the grapefruit juice. Slowly pour the contents of the shaker over the back of a bar spoon into the glass so it

layers on top of the grapefruit juice. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a grapefruit wheel.

 

 

Spritz for Equality 

1 oz. | 30 mL Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. | 15 mL Aperol

2 oz. | 60 mL Guava Nectar 

½ oz. | 15 mL Lemon Juice 

4-6 Basil Leaves

2 oz. | 60 mL Ginger Beer

 

Combine Crystal Head Vodka, Aperol, guava nectar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add basil and muddle to release the oils. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass or mule mug containing ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a basil crown and edible flower.

 

The Change Maker

1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Crystal Head Vodka 

¾ oz. | 22 mL Melon Liqueur

1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Freshly Pressed Honeydew Juice

1 oz. | 30 mL Pineapple Juice

1 Egg White

1-2 Jalapeño Rings

3-5 Mint Leaves

 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the jalapeño rings and mint leaves. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Remove the ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint crown.

 

Unite & Delight

1 oz. | 30 mL Crystal Head Vodka

⅔ oz. | 20 mL Blue Curacao

⅓ oz. | 15 mL Yuzu Sake

½ oz. | 15 mL Lemon Juice

1 tsp. | 5 mL Simple Syrup

 

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

 

The Coco Connection

 1 ⅓ oz. | 45 mL Crystal Head Vodka

¾ oz. | 22 mL Coconut Liqueur

¾ oz. | 22 mL Lime Juice

½ oz. | 15 mL Raspberry Syrup

1 tsp. | 5 mL Grenadine Syrup

 

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a raspberry skewer.

 

Coco Delight 

To create a layered cocktail pour 1/3 oz. | 10 mL of grenadine in a highball glass. Add ice to the glass and slowly pour in The Coco Connection, gently stirring until about halfway up the glass. Using the back of a bar spoon, pour in 1 oz. | 30 mL of pineapple juice. Add more ice and slowly pour Unite & Delight into the glass using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with an edible flower.
