Pedro has been in the industry for 18 years with a passion for customer service. He loves the freedom of creativity he gets with his job and inspires him to try new cocktails.
Most of Pedro’s inspirations to innovate and to develop, comes from paying attention to the customers’ demands. He believes that a mixologist does what a chef does for the kitchen, delicious treats for the customers to enjoy.
Pedro has been working with Crystal Head from the very beginning. He believes that the pureness of the vodka makes it a joy to experiment with in different ways, as a martini or in the unique ways at Hush.

50 ml Crystal Head Vodka infused with raspberries and cranberries
40ml apple juice
5ml violet liqueur
10ml lemon juice
50ml sparkling rosé
Add all ingredients into the shaker, except the sparkling rose.
Give a vigorous shake and double strain into a martini glass.
Serve it with a shot of sparkling rosé on the side.
Garnish with 2 blueberries and 1 blackberry on a stick covered with sugar.
