René Jensen joined the industry back in 2011, where it all started as a hobby for food and drinks. After 6 years this passion became his livlihood. 

The greatest enjoyment to bartending for René is that no day is ever the same. He gets to appreciate every moment and experience with new and reaccuring guests on a daily basis.

Why Crystal Head?

René finds Crystal Head Vodka enjoyable to work with because of its diversity and pure taste. He claims that the different flavours and texture of the vodka adds to a well-balanced cocktail.

1 ¾ oz. Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. Mead (Honey Wine)

50 g of Dried Wakame Seaweed

10 drops of Sea Salted Mead

How To Mix

Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass. Stir it with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Lemon zest (optional).
