About
Thomas Niewadzil, also known as Tomek Deep, is the Head Bartender at Shakers, Bonn, Germany. His greatest pleasure is to serve individuals tailored drinks to their tastes, and also, to educate them in drinks creation.
Tomek believes that his work is not a job, but a way of life. He hopes to create a key cocktail serve that will be regarded down through history!

How To Mix
TTT is a twist on the great Tom Collin's. Upgrade the gin with Crystal Head Vodka and sugar syrup for homemade red wine chocolate syrup to add colour and intensify flavor.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint to give herbal balance and Yuzu Tonic underlines the acidity of the lemon juice!
