Michele Maffei is the Bar Manager at Noce Restaurant and Bar in Toronto, Canada. He always interested in spirits and food, he loved mixing cocktails for friends. He started to train in 2011 when his wife told him he should focus and follow his passion. 

Michele loves creating cocktail menus and training staff. He uses only the best spirits at his bar to guarantee a memorable experience. He loves to meet new people and put a smile on their face.

Ingredients

1 1/3 oz. Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. Amaretto di Saronn

½ oz. Briottet Mango liquor

½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 Dash orange bitters

How To Mix

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and double strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lemon peel and mint.
