About

Kyle is the Bar Manager at Henry's Pub in San Diego. He started in the food industry at 16 and moved to San Diego in 2005, where he found Henry's Pub. He doesn't claim the title of "mixologist," as he simply has fun being creative, while combining ingredients that taste refreshing and keep customers happy. Getting to interact with new people every day and provide them with a memorable experience is one of the highlights of his job. However, Kyle finds that the people he works with are the best part of the job. The staff at Henry's Pub is the reason he does his job and loves it.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka

1/2 oz. St. Germaine

2 oz. fresh pressed apple juice

1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

 

How To Mix

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a frosted glass.

Garnish

Apple peel and lemon peel
