Nikoletta joined the hospitality industry at Boutiq' Bar nearly 6 years ago, looking for something fun. Since she started her career in the industry, she has found a passion in the fast pace of the industry, and the creativity involved in crafting unique cocktails. Now, she says she can't pull herself away from the fun of the industry because of all the awesome people she gets to work with.
Why Crystal Head?
Crystal Head Vodka has a clear, pure taste to it that makes the drinking experience really enjoyable. I enjoy using it when creating cocktails because it's palette highlights flavours so well, and it's delicious on its own.

Ingredients
1½ oz. Cucumber Infused Vodka
¾ oz. Aloe Vera Syrup
½ oz. Lime Juice
2 Dashes Chamomile and Dajeeling Bitters
Blue Powder
Top with Soda
How To Mix
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and top with soda.
Suggested: Strain into a reusable drink pouch (like pictured) and take it with you to the beach!
