Patrícia is a Portuguese bartender, part-time rapper and full-time ‘life of the party.’ She found her place in the cocktail world seven years ago. She thinks that it’s her purpose to entertain, create excellent cocktails to excite her guests and provide an experience that will be forever memorable!
The first competition I participated in was Crystal Head Vodka's Creative Spirit. When I found out that I had won, I was so happy. Being able to transform my crazy ideas into unique cocktails and have contact with people from all over the globe has allowed me to grow and improve my knowledge and experience. I don’t know where I’ll be in the future, but I can assure you it’s where the most delicious and exciting drinks will be.
5 oz. Crystal Head Aurora infused with Lemon Grass and Peach
1 slice of Red Chilis
2 slices of Peach
3 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Agave Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Egg White or Fee Foam (vegan option)
To start, muddle the Peach in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker and shake without ice to build the foam with a correct texture. Mix in ice and shake it till cool. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
