4 cocktails to kick-start your new year

Our original blend is crafted with locally sourced Canadian corn, Aurora is crafted from English wheat, and Onyx is crafted from Blue Weber agave. All our vodka expressions are blended with pristine water from Newfoundland, Canada, and absolutely nothing more is added to enhance or mask the taste. Each expression of Crystal Head is only 65 calories per 1 oz.

 

Try these cocktails to kick-start your new year.

Bonus: For a refreshing, lighter cocktail option, mix 1 oz. of Crystal Head Vodka with soda and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Pear Of Thieves

1 oz. | 30ml Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. | 15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

¼ oz.| 7.5ml Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz. | 30ml Fresh Pear Juice

1 oz. | 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

How To:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

I’m Into Ginger

1 ½ oz. | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka

½ oz. | 15ml Premium Orange Liqueur

2 oz. | 60ml Cranberry Juice

2 oz. | 60ml Ginger Beer

How To:

Add Crystal Head Vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice and ginger beet to a tall glass filled with ice. Gently stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Cool & Dill-licious

1 ½ oz. | 45ml Crystal Head Aurora

½ oz. | 15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

3 oz. | 90ml Tonic Water

3 Cucumber Slices

Pinch of Fresh Dill

How To:

Muddle cucumber, dill, Crystal Head Aurora and St. Germain in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of dill and a cucumber slice.

Beetroot and Chill

2 oz. | 60ml Crystal Head Onyx

¾ oz. | 22.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz. | 22.5ml Beetroot Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

2-3 Jalapeño Rings

Pinch of Salt

How To:

Add jalapeño rings, salt, Crystal Head Onyx, fresh lemon juice, beetroot simply syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add egg white and shake without ice for 15seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with jalapeño slice and lemon peel.
