Crystal Kringle Margarita

2 oz. | 60 mL Crystal Head Onyx
¾ oz. | 22 mL Agave Syrup
¾ oz. | 22 mL Fresh Lime Juice
Muddled Cranberries and Jalapeño
Add ingredients in a shaker and muddle. Add ice, shake and double strain into a rocks glass with salted rim and ice. Garnish with jalapeño ring, cranberries and lime zest.
Mule-Tied Plum

2 oz. | 60 mL Crystal Head Vodka
½ oz. | 15 mL Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. | 15 mL Spiced Plum Syrup
Muddled Thyme and Plum
Ginger Beer
In a mixing glass, muddle thyme and plum with other ingredients excluding ginger beer. Strain into a mule mug with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with thyme and plum slice.
Festive Martini

1 oz. | 30 mL Crystal Head Onyx
1 oz. | 30 mL Lillet Blanc
½ oz. | 15 mL Gentian Liqueur
½ oz. | 15 mL Dry Curaçao
Tablespoon of Orange Marmalade
4-5 Dashes of Coco-Bitters
Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds over ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange zest twist.
Ho-Ho-Hot Chocolate

2 oz. | 60 mL Crystal Head Onyx
6 oz. | 170 mL Hot Chocolate
Bar Spoon Ancho Chili Powder (optional)
Toasted Marshmallow
Add Crystal Head Onyx and warm hot chocolate in a glass and stir. For extra flare, add ancho chili powder. Garnish with toasted marshmallow and grated cinnamon.
Holly Jolly Jubilee

1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Crystal Head Vodka
1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Port-Style Wine
¼ oz. | 8 mL Maple Syrup
¼ oz. | 8 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Muddled Pear and Apple
Build ingredients in a shaker with ice and muddle. Strain into glass and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and apple slice.
Merry and Bright Sour

2 oz. | 60 mL Crystal Head Aurora
2 oz. | 60 mL Pomegranate Juice
¼ oz. | 8 mL Maple Syrup
½ oz. | 15 mL Fresh Lime Juice
Muddled Sage
Egg White
Muddle ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with sage and pomegranate.
Merry Margarita

1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Crystal Head Onyx
½ oz. | 15 mL Mezcal
1 oz. | 30 mL Fresh Blood Orange Juice
¾ oz. | 22 mL Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. | 15 mL Winter Spice Agave Syrup*
Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds over ice. Strain into a rocks glass onto fresh ice. Garnish with a blood orange wheel, anise star pod, and a black lava salt stripe painted
on the side of the glass.

Pour a cup of agave syrup into a pot and add 3-5 star anise pods, cloves, and allspice. Grate nutmeg and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then double strain. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
Midnight Sparkle

1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Crystal Head Aurora
½ oz. | 15 mL Elderflower Liqueur
1 ½ oz. | 45 mL Cranberry Juice
¼ oz. | 8 mL Simple Syrup
Sparkling Wine
Sugared Cranberries and Dehydrated Orange (garnish)
Add all ingredients excluding the sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe lass, and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with sugared cranberries and dehydrated orange.
